Run. Drink. Repeat.
The Pub Shuffle!
The Shamrock Pub Shuffle is a celebration of St. Patrick’s Day through the spirit of running and gathering at the local pub. A portion of proceeds from this event go to benefit area non-profit the Twin Ports Miracle League. The run begins behind Duluth Running Co. in Leif Erickson Park. Following mostly the Lakewalk we run/walk together in waves to Carmody Irish Pub first and Canal Park Brewery second. At each of the first two stops you will have 15 minutes to grab a drink before your wave heads back out towards the finisher festival at Dubh Linn Brew Pub.

The 2018 Superior Man Triathlon again features two distances to choose from: long course triathlon (1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, 13.1-mile run) and 41.5 triathlon (.5-mile swim, 35.4-mile bike, 5.6-mile run). The swim starts with a boat jump from the Vista Fleet into the bay of Lake Superior. After transitioning, athletes will enjoy fast bike and run courses along the scenic North Shore of Lake Superior.
